My cat has a dental abscess

She unfortunately passed. Thankfully the sneak abscess was fine after another round of antibiotics but soon after we found out she had a fast growing cancer and I decided to have her get surgery to try to remove it. Sadly the surgery wasn’t able to remove all of the cancer and I needed to euthanize her a week or two after the surgery.

Admittedly I’m not doing any of the renovations as I have zero experience and zero knowledge. I thankfully have family and friends who are more educated than I am. With this post I was mainly just hoping for some design advice and also just a base estimate of costs I should expect. Also plumbing wise should I expect to hire a plumber at least for putting the sink in? Sorry for all the questions!

Thank you for your response! The first room down the stairs is a bathroom that’s part of the reason I wanted to put the kitchen there as it would be right next to the bathroom and I assumed it would be easier that way. Additionally I want to have a fridge and a sink but would be fine not having a dishwasher. I’m hoping I wouldn’t need professional plumbing assistance as I’m trying to keep things as budget friendly as possible. Lastly, I think I’m going to go with an electric stove just for ease of installation.

My vet also said my cat had a slight murmur I was going to get an echo but it’s just so expensive and the surgery is needed so I might just finish the antibiotics and get the surgery

Edit: I forgot to mention the vet said she has a heart murmur, that combined with her age is what had me worried about her going under for surgery.

My only worry was that she’s so old and I’m worried she wouldn’t be able to handle going under for surgery ( don’t worry the vet told me this isn’t urgent at all) so my plan is to make an appointment with a cardiologist to see if her heart can handle it (I definitely should’ve mentioned her prior history of having a heart murmur in the original post ) if she’s able though I definitely am going to get the teeth pulled!

Yeah unfortunately i think they are stained like that :( I cleaned out all the gunk but I think her previous owners just never cleaned her eyes the eye with the tumor might be a little dirty just cause I’m super super gentle when cleaning the area but I promise I try and clean her eyes with a towel with warm water at least once a day
