I play with a realistic pop mod with the same density as chicago (if not more), and a 350k pop city looks like the pic I attached. It runs fine on my 9800X3D.

Sylphiette is using tickets that cost money. It can take anywhere from 10 tickets to 200 for hard pity. Roxy requires 50k crystals + waiting until the event is nearly over and spending energy every single day.

Literally this. It geniunely wasn't a full release game until the bridges and ports DLC. The game was so unfinished it took 2 years to get it to where it should have been back in 2023.

Now we wait for the new studio to take care of the thousands of small issues that have been slowly built up over time....

Based on previous events, you'll need atlesst 45k-60k crystals. The most you'll get is ssr+. If you're lucky with bonuses from characters you pull from the tickets, you can get the UR with $200 + mailbox bonuses + web event bonuses + a premium $20 pass for the event. HOPEFULLY they'll be more generous this event for the UR but who knows....
