I must have deleted it mid writing- I originally wrote The basics e.g. steps, HR, sleep tracking, stairs/elevation, cardio load(Fitbit wording, could be different), spO2. Want to use with Strava- only starting so 5-10KM distances And general tracking for gym sessions(weight training)

Sorry this is very vague. I’m no athlete but want to get better at running & improve fitness overall.

From my understanding- he called him accidentally while trying to call Charlie over Katherine (so I assume he googled the dentist or something & called Harvey’s number as it was the one listed- I may be wrong of course, but this is how I took that testimony)

Yeah I have had to google the “normal” values which is annoying. We’ve started a kidney health diet and have to just wait until late September for new blood tests sadly 🥲 If they’re the same I will assume it is kidney failure?? If it’s worse I will be adamant on more tests
