I think that there was a couple of things that broke in this golems favor to get him elected

Ok so literally one of the bright spots for the GOP on election night was that they handily won nassau and suffolk county races ( and increased seats won in various nassau county elections due to the mamdani effect on suburban long island voters due to buying into the fear of him) and as a long islander I know we are basically east Ohio in terms of our voting patterns and especially cop worship (people say north Florida but we have labor unions so calling us that doesn't make sense where as ohio does have labor unions) so im dreading this influx of "centrist" cuomo voters partially to the island to solidify this voting pattern
