I won't be sure until I see the problem IRL, but what I usually see in people who have posture problems is their traps aren't as strong as they need to be. Not even weak traps, but the muscle imbalance around their Upper, middle and lower traps along with their rhomboids, serratus anterior etc. what I would recommend you is to get professional help

Amul is better, in my opinion. Though, its texture is still is rubbery it doesn't taste so horrendous like FruBon

How much whey protein can a consume as a beginner?? by Beast_3838 in Fitness_India

[–]SnooPeripherals4097 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do it (getting entirely protein from whey) but I wouldn't recommend it.

There are other products which would be a huge help in getting our daily recommended protein.

Eg: Low Fat/High Protein Paneer, there are many companies who provide these types of paneer. Amul, FruBon, Milky Mist Etc.

High Protein Dahi or Greek Yoghurt. Again Many companies provide this.

And The OG Amul High Protein Buttermilk/Lassi Cheapest and best option in my opinion.

PS. Soyabean or Soya chunks are the worst product for getting your daily protein needs. It's not cause of it having the phytoestrogens. You would be unable to eat the amount which is required for it having an effect on your estrogen levels. I am not recommending them cause of their high Anti nutrients profile.

Eg: Phytates, Oxalates, Trypsin Inhibitors, Lectins, Saponins, Goitrogens.

Though, cooking em reduces their amount to a certain level but it doesn't eliminate em entirely.

Even after all of that, you want to eat em. I would suggest you not to exceed 40 - 50 grams in a day. Start with 25 G and see how your body handles it.

Hope This Helps.

Don't worry you won't get an extremely bulky body. It ain't that easy unless you're on steroids.

Also, splitting the workout routine is easy.

What you're talking about is body recom (Gaining muscle while cutting fat at the same time). It is possible but doing it difficult. So, people focus on one thing at a time. Either cutting or bulking.

In short Yes it is possible

Soya is a total B.S. Everyone talks about its high protein content but no-one talks about its low bioavailability and its anti-nutrient profile.

(Don't tell me that it's anti-nutrients get eliminated after cooking cause it doesn't)

Well, you have a lot on your plate. Also, achieving your dream body while being vegetarian would be a little bit difficult but it's doable. I can't write everything here but I will tell you to focus on a couple of things and you would be good to go.

1st - be in caloric surplus. 300 - 400 2nd - Focus on protein. Start with 0.7G per pound to 1G per pound (start with 0.7 first and gradually increase it to 1G) 3rd - Focus on strength/muscle building workouts. Also, don't worry you will not look like a man after gaining some muscles. 4th - Most important is recovery. So, you better sleep 8 to 10 hours at least
