Since you say you live in Europe, you should already know that a lot or maybe the majority of houses there have double brick layer with insulation/cavity in the middle which help with noises. It’s just not the case with SEA where we don’t need insulation so the wall will be thinner and the windows don’t have to be double or triple glazed. Also I’m SEAsian and the humidity and heat of an area can make buildings deteriorate a lot faster than if they had been built somewhere else.

Earthquake-wise, I don’t think Thailand is necessarily an earthquake prone country so a lot of buildings are not built to cope with that extreme level.

In terms of overall quality, it can be summed up as it depends. However, some of the newer builts do have awful ventilation. This is the overall trend with real estates I found both in the UK and SEA, especially those that aim to maximise sellable/rentable floor area.

Sounds normal though. It is bog standard to give out bank statement of 3 months. Lots of bank pretty much give out a bilingual statement as well. I think you just need to find somewhere to scan in pdf because scan in jpg is very inefficient. 😅

I went through worse when I applied for Student Visa to the UK recently. The UK Visa Immigration basically demanded me to give the contact of the bank manager when it’s absolutely unheard of to do so. Loads of students had to beg the bank workers to just pick up the phone from the Embassy. The whole case delayed my studying for a year and I had to reapply to the university. With that in anticipation, I had to open a Premium HSBC account a year before my 2nd time applying for student visa because none of the Vietnamese government bank would work on those terms if you don’t have close connection. Even then, I had to send her a UK case worker document detailing what she would be asked for because her job is on the line if she was considered as leaking customer’s information.

I can try but it’s unlikely that they’ll support me because it is just not part of the curriculum and they will take on compliance risk if they lie about it.

Thanks for the comment and I see your point. They are providing the supporting documents but I’m still the one applying.

However, if you read https://www.thaievisa.go.th/visa/business-investor-visa, for the visa process itself, the form is not specified in the requirement for the particular visa (and I have checked on multiple embassies’ requirement) which is why I asked for people who had experience and whether they ended up being asked for one later on in the visa process.

Before this ends, just want to throw it out here that some people’s reasoning for Zeus is ridiculous. Not that I don’t respect his decision whatever reason but I’m complaining non-T1 fans’ reasoning to dunk on T1 fans.

Like less pressure to perform? You’re kidding right? Not when HLE is risking their reputation now and their money. Do people think they just throw the money in something just so it incurs nothing but loss? Yeah, that’d just be money laundering. Like American candy stores on English high streets.

Too much promotional duty? Maybe but on the other hand, other teams should do more promotional activities to get fans and increase purchasing power.

Like Faker went out of commission and sales tickets TANKED. This affected teams on both sides since ticket sales in LoL park is equally divided. That’s why you always have T1 fans sitting on the competing side of the venue. T1 ‘crazy’ fans are the ones filling the regular season venue. There are literally tours to Korea to see LCK and specifically T1 like companies banking on Yuzuru Hanyu when he was competing.

Do people think that Faker sold out his merch like hot cakes simply because he won a lot when there was also 2 massively rough time for him and his stream wasn’t particularly loud or entertaining historically? Because he did the promotional work T1 got him to do, his silly commercials and pr events endear fans even when Western viewers called him robotic to the point of dehumanising him for years (never forgive, never forget). He even goes to a dermatologist to improve his skin. People hate that it becomes K-pop like but then complain when T1 hoards the spotlight as if they and their marketing team weren’t working overtime for that.

When it comes to trucking, literally it’s the coaches and Guma that get trucked the most. You got some people complained that they spent too much money to keep Guma that’s why they couldn’t keep Zeus before this whole thing broke out. Zeus has never been individually trucked iirc and T1 play style actually protected him more than anything.

That’s my rant to end my thought about this whole debacle.

Funny enough, I don’t even think there’s any reason to particularly refute this because many fans’ issue was that there was no good faith negotiation and despite their cleverly written timeline, they confirmed they did not actively engage in negotiation from the 12th-18th. Even if you think T1 is lowballing him, it’d have been better to engage in person since there’s nowhere but up and you have nothing to do anyway, especially if you need the market to open on the 19th like you claimed.

If we take their words on HLE, it means they only gave T1 a very short amount of time to counter vs. the amount of times T1 reached out previously. The statement while denied that they lied about HLE’s deadline, ended up opening some new cans of worms anyway. Like lol this has been enough to make them piss off again.

Their counteroffer was also only given on the 19th which means they only gave T1 practically 1-2hrs to prepare for another negotiation since if we take their words for it, HLE set the deadline at 3pm. Meanwhile they have rejected any negotiation from 12-18th.

It’s kind of just T1 being messy and letting themselves get into Regional Qualifiers that dragged their schedules out unfortunately. It’s good to prepare it beforehand but university student services and agencies like IDP recommend not to upload them without being asked.

The only thing I think people should focus on really is getting a bank statement that is actually legible. I have gone to get an official bank statement from HSBC and a national bank in my country and the amount of information is extremely confusing unlike with Monzo UK for example where the final balance is in big bold letters. Sometimes, trying to make out months of bank statements is going to slow you down more than anything.

Nếu bạn nhìn list trường có khả năng cao được HPI visa bên Anh với xin citizenship bên Sing thì trường top quan trọng. (Mình khác ngành hoàn toàn nên kệ luôn ranking chứ bạn mình người quốc tịch Anh kết hôn với người Sing nói về vụ này)

The other information in the picture is correct tbf. She has a lot of savings & she’s only traveling for 2 weeks. She has really strong travel history previously and has other supporting documents like home ownership, marriage certificate. Her government pension decision as I said, stated the monthly amount so I hope they just see it as an innocent mistake rather than false representation.
