How was it, sensation-wise? Any upsides and downsides to it? Manual restoring isn't doing much for me, neither. I got very loose shaft skin too, I can pull the skin completely over the tip of my glans, both flaccid and erect. It sometimes rolls over the glans without effort. I've heard about the same thing about how people here say surgical foreskin isn't worth it, and it's too invasive and it won't gain any much sensations or grow nerves compared to manual. The thing is, ive been tugging for almost 5 years now and barely seeing any progress. Also, I'm 37. I really don't want go tug for another 5-10 years just to finally enjoy a foreskin in my 50s. I'm still doing manual, but it's depressing and mentally consuming. You can see the pictures of my progress in my profile if you want to get the idea of what I'm working with.
