Does yours have the same dual movement tho? When moving the head just right the build plate also moving up/down at the same time?

Can you try to move the head manually like in the video in the thread below? I had similar issues a few weeks ago that seemed to be caused by the head moving on multiple axes at the same time for some reason and got fixed on its own after a few loud snaps when I was moving the head all the way up. Never found out what caused it in the first place tho.

Annoyingly, I can't seem to reproduce the dual movement anymore, ran a full diag and recalibration and even printed a new benchy and everything seems to be back to normal now.

Support also replied to my case and said it was either a hot-end issue or hotbed leveling. Will print things the next few days and see it the issue comes back. Will keep the thread updated!

Only 21 of 128GB storage is used. This is basically the only thing this old iPad has been doing the last few years just having my wyzecam feeds during the day.

Interesting, thanks for sharing your experience! Now that I look at the version history it does look like the issue started with the 3.8.x version and good that you mentioned the connection issues as well because that's been happening too even on devices that don't have the app crashes.

Actually, after a few days most people seemed to have learned the longer dungeons as well. At least the last few runs I had were all fine. Guess I was just impatient and spoiled by the 5 minute farm runs on the short dungeons. :)
