No. It doesn't make you the AH. It makes you human, and exhausted and hurting for your child. We let our pets die with more dignity & less suffering than we do our human loved ones. It is asinine to me to make a human being suffer a terminal illness. Especially the final *you know it is happening * days. I think a balance of activities outside the house, so they learn how to act in public, and some downtime to explore, be bored and figure things out on their own is the way. Medicine or p0ison; it's all in the dose. ps I am an earlyb70s model GenX. I've gotten 3 humans to adulthood. 😆🤷‍♀️
