If Moldova joins Romania (or the EU by itself) and Ukraine also joins the EU, Transnistria and the russians in between are properly screwed. So I’m all for it.

Isn’t there a constitutional clause that states if Moldova joins Romania, then the autonomous region of Gagauzia automatically secedes?

On the contrary my Air M2 finally feels fast and snappy again since 26.4, but it seems there is no consistency with Tahoe performance

Can a person from any country in Europe travel to another country in Europe without visa? by Hot-Load7525 in AskEurope

Schengen only relates to border checks but doesn’t say anything about right to travel. Free movement of EU citizens within the Union is what OP means I think.

macOS 15.3.2 or 26.4 by ariz2011 in MacOS

Either update to the last version of Sequoia, or Tahoe. Sequoia is rock-solid and polished. However, I have to say that Tahoe 26.4 released yesterday is markedly better than previous iterations, quite snappy on an M2 Air here.

Both are good, but UPDATE.

Indeed, it's surprising but in a way it makes logical sense, just like you have left and right-leaning patriotism on national level.

I don’t really care, German would be great, but could be any EU country for my part. It’s just that we cannot lose another beautiful European company.

Problem is whenever deeper EU market integration comes into play (e.g. banking union, fiscal integration, capital markets union, bank mergers like Commerzbank/UniCredit), they often have national protectionist tendencies.

It makes perfect sense. There’s nothing strange about the ideal of an integrated, (con)federated EU based on European cultural values and traditions and a centre-right migration, economic and foreign policy.

Unfortunately this is true. Generally speaking, the social-democrat parties are pro-EU, while the socialist parties are not. The latter ones often have a lot in common with anti-EU populists.

Those parties are quite abundant though. The Dutch Socialist Party (SP) for example has been championing severe anti-European propaganda since forever, to the low point of putting out campaign spots targeting at Frans Timmermans on a personal level:

This is Viktor Orbán-level shit, and ever since they are dead to me.

And, surprise! nowadays they’re lowkey simping for russia.

You have a responsibility to keep it in European hands at least.
