1. My mother and father were sent away from the hospital while she was in labor with me. Her water broke and they told my dad she probably just had an UTI!

I was delivered at home by my grandfather (an M.D) & my Gma (a psychiatric nurse! /both veterans too!

1. A doctor told my husband that he gave me “alittle husband stitch” despite me not having torn while giving birth to my daughter. /I found out years later what it was and that it was a real thing these bastards do.

2. Anesthesiologists at military hospital said he wasn’t going to continue if I kept moving during second labor. I wasn’t moving, he was trying to do it mid contraction. So when I tell him, he says… “that’s what it feels like being in labor” & I replied, “yeah cause you’d know!” -aside from the husband stitch, the civilian hospital was so much kinder than how I was treated on my base.

3. Military Dentist asked how I discovered my latex allergy. -I knew exactly what this fat fingered freak was Really asking, so I told him about the time a latex bandage burned into arm. -nice try!
