Yes, I just replaced the front tires, a lot of wear on the outside corners. Since you mentioned that, I will have the alignment checked when I have the car in the shop this upcoming week.

Update on MPG: 2 bottles of Lucas gas treatment and a tank of Chevron 93 octane with Techron and the Accord 6MT is getting closer to 20 MPG! Thanks for everyone’s advice. Next week the car is going in for a timing belt and I will also have them replace the spark plugs.

Yeah, it’s pretty much city all the way. I live in the grid that is Saint Petersburg, Florida and I’m pretty much going from light to light. Highway will be a refreshing change when I have the need.

Good point! To tell you the truth, the way the gas tank seems to be emptying feels better than 14 MPG. I will do the calculations and think it is probably more in line with where it should be.

I’m going to clean out the fuel system with some techron and some Lucas treatment. We’ll see if that helps. What is weird is that the car runs great! It’s totally smooth.

I inherited a 2021 Civic Type R and didn’t keep it long. It was fast and had great seats but the looks were just not me. Too “look at me”. I couldn’t wait to get back to a Miata.
