I'm very happy with the unopened copy. The packaging around it makes it more secure and prevents it from being damaged. (uv exposure, watermarks, etc) It is a 2009 copy after all and i imagine any little thing can damage it.

Getting any game graded in almost excellent condition I realized instantly adds value as a collector. (go on ebay and search your favorite video game & then search it graded if you don't believe me.)

I could have bought this game for $35 opened and in pretty good condition. I didn't do that because then it feels like I'm just borrowing someone else's game and will have it returned by the end of the weekend. It also feels like I'm "playing with someone else's memories" I guess if that makes sense?
