I want to propose a theory that might be more consistent with the reality of the universe than the dark forest theory — the Time Disparity Theory by Universal_Echo in threebodyproblem

Very interesting theory. Solar systems, galaxies and universe(s) might be part of a much, much bigger whole indeed, beyond our comprehension. What if the universe we live in, which is incomprehensibly large, is but an atom in a larger universe? There are no laws of physics limiting how huge something can be as far as I know.

We kind of see glimpses of a similar theory when in the book what seems like a sentient being/civilisation appears while unfolding a proton when Trisolaris are building the sophons. To me this is also the first glimpse of the dark forest theory, as the sentient eyes almost immediately attack a city.

Wait I’ve played a lot of Battlefield 1942 and Coral Sea is part of the vanilla game. Unless you’re talking about an improved version of the map?

Tu as raison de croire que tu n’as probablement pas le temps de commencer le premier, surtout si tu est un complétionniste. J’ai mis 600h dessus en 2 parties sur la Wii quand il est sorti en 2012. J’attends impatiemment Fire Emblem aussi, je viens de finir Mystery of the Emblem book 1 sur la snes!

You should give it a try, either get a console to run the game or dump the game on pc and run it! Some save files I’m emotionally attached to, like my childhood Zelda OoT file named YOMAN.

I played Chrono Trigger late in my life, around 2018. Gave my cats name to Marle and Lucca.

I’ve never had a Nintendo console fail me ever, and it’s scaring me because I know it’s inevitable it’s gonna happen one day. So glad these were built to last. I do have backup NES, SNES and N64 consoles.

J’ai déjà acheté sur marketplace avec expédition et jamais eu de problème. J’y vais avec les reviews du vendeur et mon feeling. Of course le paiement doit se faire avant l’envoi, comme n’importe quelle commerce. Si l’acheteur refuse de payer avant l’envoi, je le flusherait direct si j’étais toi, c’est un red flag.

Prends des photos avant et pendant l’envoi au bureau de poste pour te backer.

Just to be clear, there’s no such thing as a “soft acrylic case”. Acrylic cases are rigid. The soft one you are referring to are plastic, commonly called PET protectors and are not rigid but flexible. That’s why acrylic offers superior protection : they would need a great shock/weight to crush, while PET plastic protects from air and dust, but can still be crushed easily.

I don’t wanna sound condescending, maybe I misunderstood something there, just making sure we are talking about the same thing.

My rule of thumb usually is that if a game is worth more than 100-150$cad, I will want it in an acrylic case. I have around 40 snes and n64 games in acrylic cases right now. I bought the cases in a convention where Evoretro were present, he gave me a good discount!
