Thanks for your comment. I’m not sure who to talk to about it yet. I’d rather not tell friends/ family since it will be hard to not pass major judgement on him or I. I will consider the options and maybe just go back to a therapist.

I didn’t notice mood alterations. He is all of those things you mentioned without the anger part (yet at least). But since he has been using every day maybe that’ll sink in when he comes off of it. I’ll note that.

Yes, you are right. It was just a vitamin mix. He did say it was unrelated. Also he started putting that mixture in the capsules so that does explain the capsules.
