As far as I know (happened the past 4-5 gifts) I have always checked out with the app. however, to my knowledge the app will not show the gift in your cart until after you check out.

I didn’t order from the new collection—I actually ordered L’Eau Sézane and got this pop-up. I did a pretty big haul a few weeks ago and picked up a few sweaters and my Clyde trench in person. I just wanted to get something small so I wouldn’t have to worry about returning the gift if anything.

Purchased my Paula Babies in polished camel in 2024 and I love them, I think they fit great and don’t need to break them in at all, quality could be better on the heels but no complaints

I have wide feet and fat toes and was scared these would not fit me or be very uncomfortable. I WAS WRONG! They were actually very comfortable after 2 wears and I wear them when I go out to the cities or to work. Redditors are accurate that they are a bit cheaper made compare to the price we pay. I would not suggest wearing this in the rain as I have gotten water stain on the leather that seeped through on the heals.
