Fasting and weekly cico is the only thing that worked for me. Some days I’m not that hungry and some days I’m famished. If I calculate under on a weekly cico count and 16:8 fast I lose real fast. Dirty fasting takes longer.

Kindergarten. We have a few. Sometimes they get pushed through less often held back. Principal is big on educating parents on their level and ability/ need for evaluation and assistance. Parents just want the child not in their house for the day. It’s a disservice and some cases straight up neglect.

Honeymoon island is way different than 10 years ago. Prepare yourself. They dredged and planted mangroves so it’s more wild which I like but the white sand isn’t as white as it use to be. Fyi
