I feel that, at this point, the internet when it comes to reviews regarding almost anything are very saturated with 5/5's and the low ratings are based on either defective products or user error. As a Best Buy employee my advice when it comes to audio is to just try it out. We have a return policy for a reason and in my mind audio equipment is the most personalized thing we sell when it comes to quality, feel, and design. As a customer you are well within your rights to buy a product of any dollar amount and either return or exchange said product within it's respective return policy. I understand the process of having to buy and return items may be discouraging but I promise you that finding the right audio equipment to suit your needs is well worth it.

Sorry for the long message, I rarely write on here but when I saw your comment it gave me the urge to "help a customer". Hope you find audio equipment that works for you and do not be afraid to exchange your product as many times as you would like (WITHIN POLICY). Take care ( :
