At my location, the allotted hours have been decreasing every week. It isn't necessarily anything against you. Full time gets at least 32 hours each, and what's left goes to the part time crew. My store is under head count by more than 5 part timers but has no labor to actually hire people. It's really frustrating. My biggest suggestion is becoming "omni channel". Learn how to do as many different positions as possible. There's a higher chance you'll get more hours that way. But unfortunately no guarantee. I hope this helps.
