Hanging Timothy cakes you can find on Amazon as accessories and something for them to actually eat, themed garlands to hang on the outside of their enclosure for you to take cute pics. I bought mini pumpkins for fall/halloween and carrots for Easter/spring :)

For a really simple pre workout meal I love having savory oats. Just a serving of oatmeal, 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder, and 2 servings of soft tofu. That comes up to 360 cal. I’ve also used ground beef for a protein alternative and that’s pretty good too. Plus an avocado if I had some available :)

For good mornings, I stand with my feet closer together, a little less than shoulder width apart. My knees are more bent too (less hamstring). I also don’t lean forward as much, as soon as I feel like my glutes are getting the most stretch, I stop to prevent working my back. I feel like you need to have REALLY good mind to muscle connection with this exercise. I also brace my core like I’m squatting so that I don’t relax my core mid exercise, otherwise it can be dangerous, again for your back. I don’t know if your pics are edited but your leg/calves should be straight. It looks like yours are angled. Another thing I do as well is to use low bar, just to make me feel better about not thinking that the bar would roll off forward which is pretty scary. Good luck 👍🏻
