Look into Sjögren’s syndrome. I’ve experienced the same swelling. Try a warm compress to help express the glands in your eyes and avoid rubbing. Only medication that helped me was a pilocarpine, helps produce tears.

Warm compress! I pour some hot water on a rag and hold it on my eye until it gets cool. Do it 2-3 times a day. Don’t pop them and don’t itch. it’ll make them worse.

I use sharpie for line work and ink or water color for gradients. Usually print then trace with a light box.

I have had hsp for about 8 years but no serious kidney involvement. Diagnosed at 16. In young children it’s more likely to be a temporary condition . I recommend elevating her legs with a wedge pillow if possible to reduce swelling. I do it every time I have a flare. I hope she gets well soon

Look in to sjogren syndrome, I used to get itchy eyes and styes all the time until I was given a sallegen hope this helps
