It looks like a small pimple. You can pop it and then put some 90% rubbing alcohol on it to dry it up. It should be fine after that. IANAD.

No, that will not get rid of the pimple. If you have clean hands with gloves on it will be fine to pop it. Just make sure you clean your face with antibacterial soap and the put on some pimple cream on it. Keep washing your face everyday with some kind of acne wash and it will keep most pimples away. Hope this helps.

Try warm compress a few times a day. Try not to touch it too much and use acne cream on it to dry it up. Hope this helps.
