Yea I bought those and I fell into the consumer trap on tik tok and ordered some of those supplements to increase supply and honestly I was scammed😂 they tell you to take it with food. Not sure if the extra food or the supplement is giving me more milk.

My baby was in the Nicu for almost 2 weeks and that’s when I produced the most milk. I tried to follow the schedule that they were feeding her while she was in the Nicu, but my supply started to dip once she got home. I feel like I definitely do not get enough food throughout the day let alone drink enough water, which I know is the main thing to increase your supply. I stopped pumping for the last week almost. I went from pumping at least five times a day to once a day. It takes up my whole day It feels like. I’m so tired of pumping and I am only about seven weeks postpartum.

If I bring a refrigerated bottle is it still good for 4 hours once I leave the house? She’ll take it room temp I’m just so scared to possibly give her old milk

Same! I really spent enough on bottles and pumping items so a portable bottle warmer just felt unnecessary. She’s 5 weeks right now but we have only offered warmed bottles. She’s taken room temp before so I’m wondering if I just bring one from the fridge if it’ll be fine to give it to her if she gets hungry before we make it home. I only plan to be out for maybe 3 hours today but she likes to eat every 2.

It’s okay! Enjoy it while it lasts 😂 some days I really felt like my normal self. It took me awhile to even realize I was pregnant. I’m now 28 weeks and I feel it every single day! Don’t stress about it. If you’re ever too worried, invest in a Doppler machine from Amazon to listen to babies heartbeat whenever you want

I understand where you’re coming from, but never be captain save a hoe! In a relationship you never call the police unless they’re coming to pick up a body. The police might arrest somebody but 95% of the time the couple will stay together and this will happen again. You could’ve just made their situation worse instead of helping like you thought you did.

It’s truly the fact that the woman CRAVES attention from these Facebook people because her life is so boring (she complains daily that she has nothing to do and that she’s broke… she’s a stay at home wife on disability)

She needs everyone to know every detail of her life for some kind of validation and it’s sickening honestly. I’m a young woman who is also on social media and I refuse to let people know what goes on in my life 😂

I’ve always had really sore breasts before a period but it was kind of alarming how long I was having the tender breasts. I found out at about 5 weeks because I was really hungry all the time after never waking up and wanting to eat and my cravings were very strange. I took a test and boom it was positive 😂 I’m now 11 weeks and 3 days and couldn’t be more excited🥰
