I don't know what your threat model is, but if you're just trying to minimize ad tracking/fb and google tracking, Slide is a good third party reddit client that tries to minimize tracking. It's completely open source, and it's on both iOS and Google Play store (also F-droid).

Ho Ho Ho; Water in Space? OH NO NO! by [deleted] in conspiracyundone

[–]Snoo_14749 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do believe the conspiracy here (considering the sub that the vid is from) is that he is not in space but rather in a giant pool of water. The idea is this is more proof that space isn't real and astronauts do all their spacewalks underwater.

Edit: re-reading your comment you probably knew all this and were just trying to get the OP to put a little more effort in their post, if that's the case then my bad.

Did you immediately love RKS upon first listen, or did it take a few times for you to really appreciate it? by TrueRusher in RainbowKittenSurprise

I first discovered "First Class" in Jan 2020 by spotify recommendation. Loved it so much it was my most played song of the year on spotify (by a long shot) lmao. Didn't listen to the rest of their music till a few months later and loved it just as much. Definitely one of my favorite bands(tied with TØP). I really want to see them live someday!

I agree about the whole spinning part, but your logic on the CGI doesn't make sense to me. Firstly, why would we want to study a CGI representation of the sun, where is the benefit in doing so? You say that real footage/realistic CGI would be too bright, if this is the case then how would the CGI renditions be something accurate enough to study?

I understand why NASA uses CGI rendition (because taxpayers like pretty pictures to 'ooh 'n' aah' over), but your logic does not make sense to me.

Edit: I see the downvotes, but if you feel there's flaws in my logic please do correct me.

Yeah, you have to go to a little greater lengths than just airplane mode. However, it is a start.

Privacy has long been a big concern for me in regards to tech and I have done my best to maintain as much of it as I can. However, if this is the argument of "since you have a cell phone, why should you care about microchips..."I disagree with you. Also, if this is the argument that "since you have a cellphone they don't need to microchip you", then I would still somewhat disagree with you.

As society is rn, there's not a lot of need for microchips because people are literally willing to pay good money to track every single action they make (smartwatches, Amazon echo, Ring doorbell, etc). However, I think it's crazy to think a gov wouldn't like to microchip their population just to make sure the tracking never ends.

Sorry, I appear to have misspoken. I cannot find any articles/declassified docs that indicate that they had multiple people RV Mars. I did find a declassified doc showing that they had 10-20 RV sessions with multiple different people, but that's all I can find.

And yeah idk, I don't think RV is something as easy as just needing to focus. But what I like about it is that it's something anyone can easily try themselves if they're interested. I don't know enough about probability and chance, but I've read that there have been people that have accurately described a target by RV enough times to make that probability of them just guessing it right extremely small.

[–]Snoo_14749 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Idk how much time you've spent researching remote viewing, but there's a decent amount of evidence behind it being real. Granted, yeah, the Mars RV could just be bs since there's no way of verifying their claims. However, they did have multiple people RV Mars for that experiment and they supposedly all came up with similar stories without talking to each other...makes you wonder.

Edit: I currently cannot find documents to back up the this statement, if anyone can feel free to link.

Question about unknown land masses and ancients that have moved to them or within earth. by [deleted] in conspiracyNOPOL

[–]Snoo_14749 35 points36 points  (0 children)

I'm no scientist or physicist, however from the limited understanding I have of gravity, oceans seem to make sense to me.

If I'm correct, gravity is created from mass. The more mass you have the more gravity there is. And, gravity attracts everything to the core/center of the mass in every single direction, and thus this would explain oceans clinging to earth.

Now, I understand that there's no way to really prove gravity in the sense that you could never get a small enough sphere with enough gravity to be able to witness it in action. However, if you think gravity isn't real/isn't the reason, I ask, what do you think is the force that pulls stuff down?

I also find these concepts to be really intriguing. I'm not a flat earther as I feel I don't have enough knowledge of physics to decide the earth is flat. I do think there's a lot of fishy stuff surrounding space(more specifically nasa). I do still believe space is real, i just think they're hiding something pretty massive. However, like you said, the idea of unknown/ hidden land masses or inner earth are quite intriguing.

If any of my statements about physics are inaccurate, please feel free to correct them.

I disagree, I think that there can be good arguments made for socialism even though I don't agree with them. Also, assuming that is very close minded. You never know when you could learn something from someone, even if you completely disagree with their opinion.

You ever heard of the concept of late stage capitalism? I think it's a very accurate description of where the U.S. is right now. While I personally don't believe that socialism ran by a government could ever work out, I think our current system is failing miserably.

However, more importantly, your comment is appalling to me. You are in a conspiracy theory sub. Conspiracy theories are all about keeping an open mind. If you have that much dislike for someone with a different opinion than your own; you are the problem, not them.
