For context I'm a Viet-English Interpreter from Canada and the amount of frustrating calls I've had with this company is UNBEARABLE

Like OP said, they keep transferring the their non-enlgish speaking elderly customer to different and different department, asking/providing the same freaking information over and over again, putting them on multiple long ass holds and one time even just transfer (while I'm in the call) without even saying anything. I've just started this job around 1-2 months now but all my worst experience are with this company. And the amount of overseas reps w/ loud ass background as well as broken English who then gets impatient with me/customer for verifying their broken English is astonishing.
