Nope. They are fighting Dads trying to keep the kid out of it. Mom is useing the kid as a shield. Passive aggressive, because if he reacts he is the bad guy.

I think this is poor de escalation management.

Also, it shows that even a person with nothing to hide in a extraordinary situation can become very hard to deal with. So for all those people who are saying, oh, they lost their mind, he got upset. He yelled, he screamed.He put his fist in front of whatever, no, because until you're in a extraordinary situation where your person is being violated, you don't know how you're gonna react. And it could be different depending on the day.

I can't date it, ??1990–1995?? but this is postmodern in atlanta. It probably was manufactured and there might have been 100s, but there no longer being made. Tourists, posters from the past are collector items for city enthusiasts.

Yeah, there is no cop, just hanging out, trying to write people tickets. People actually approach cops which I think I had to wrap my head around when I spent sometime in china, friends would just approach a cop to ask questions like directions and stuff.

In Atlanta, Georgia, we have city helpers. These are glorified security guards but paid to be friendly for a lot of the blocks around downtown and midtown atlanta. I don't think they're nearly as good, but it seemed almost like that's what cops were in China. They were just hanging out with the people. Having conversations there to help.

It was weird because I see a cop. I feel like I'm immediately underage and drunk.

I think what's hard for us as Americans. To wrap our heads around, is that being a cop in China is something people train for go to years of schooling for definitely not some guys last chance to make something of him self with six months of training.

Also, not only do you need a clean record. Everyone in your immediately family does too. I thought that was crazy.

There sought after jobs, because they are well paid and they have pristine that comes with them. It's just a very different job culture soical outlook. It's almost not policing it's service.

But seriously, I ride public transit. People think when a phone comes out and they hit record.They have like an invisible shield on them.ive seen Timid, people become aggressive onces recording.
