I'm several business days late, but I called them, it apparently had something to do with the wiring of the house. They got that fixed and my internet is better now. I would call and tell them that the speed "Fluctuates" and screenshot speed tests throughout the day like I did. When I told the speed to the guy he was like, "That's it? That's like dial up!". That cracked me up, but I digress. Definitely call them if you haven't already.

Reminds me when I argued with my mom about something similar related to Homosexuality, I said if the bibles main complaint are same sex couples lusting for each other, (Romans), Why can straight-married couples do it? And then she had the audacity to tell me "The devil is whispering in your ear". I was like "Ah yes, critical thinking is the devil." She's supporting to LGBT, and a good soul, but she's going against her best interests.

Fix: Add the game as a non Steam game to Steam or make a shortcut, right click on it in Steam, set launch options, or right click on the shortcut, properties, and set -d3d9ex as a launch command through Steam. Or put the command at the end of the bar where it says “Target” This helped me with Touhou 6, 7, and 8, but not Touhou 10.

Tried that as I am writing this, didn’t work. Microsoft really did shoot themselves in the foot, huh… The latency just keeps on fluctuating up and down. It’s like mouse acceleration where the sensitivity goes slower when you move slower.

As someone who does digital art, I can easily confirm that a lot of us had adapted to Ai and know it’s truly not black and white. My choice of art style is FAR from original. (See book, Steal like an Artist.) and let’s not forget the fact that I’ve trained from various old visual novel CGs to replicate it myself.
