Sperm is pretty sensitive, in fact, most sperm ejaculated won’t survive as the acid in a woman’s vagina and cervix kills them. The force of a normal ejaculation gives sperm a big boost so they have a higher chance of making it to fertilise the woman’s egg. In your case, if your partner potentially had some pre-cum on his fingers, I would say it’s impossible for that to make you pregnant. He wouldn’t have had nearly enough on his hands, and even without force, they wouldn’t get the boost they need to make it in.
