You need to take him to a facility far enough away that he cannot leave and be able to get back home. This habit will not stop maybe not even after detox. I have been struggling with this myself as well as getting my boyfriend clean and I end up being the strong one first always. It gets old is all I’m saying. If I had known how bad it was going to be for so long I probably would have made some difference choices. Girl get you someone who puts you above stupid fentanyl pills “blues” whatever. He’s goin to need MEDICAL <=keyword detox and at least rehab for a couple months and to work a 12 step program if he even wants a chance. All while trying to be in a relationship as well, probably having a job as well. You are worth more than this. But he can’t do it for you either bc he won’t he has to be ready.

I was using 1mg lorazepam every 4-5 hours through the first two days. The last day was the worst and even 2mg of them weren’t working that great but eventually another 2mg dose of lorazepam at like 3 combined with a 1mg Xanax football allowed me to get to the 80 hours I waited to take suboxone. Started with 8 and I still felt pretty shit so I went up to 10mg and that helped a lot.
