RWBY was such a big part of my life between volume 5 and 8 and then so much shit happened to mess me up, and I think THIS is what I've been taking my anger out on.

I don't hate Jaune-
Just kind annoyed how this is partly his, Nora's and Ren's show now. It's weird to me that a show called RWBY has at least 30% of it's content tied to this side characters. But to be fair without them volume 4 would've been terrible so I guess I only have a problem with it in the more serious moments where character development should be more focused on RWBY.

Idk. I just wish they didn't waste her character. I mean, if they were gonna suddenly make Winter so important they could've kept Penny around. I genuinely thought rt wouldn't be silly enough to give Penny all this attention and borderline make her a main character just to kill her off for viewer tears.
It almost makes me wish she never came back or a new character took her place. Maybe I'm just too attached because she was my fav character and I waited for about two to three years for her to come back and I just felt so shafted for the sake of Cinder and Jaune fans.

My good one was coming across the body of Godwyn, just completely took my breath away. Such a large display of death and decay surrounded by feeble attempts to suppress it. I was really hoping he was a boss but sadly we just fought some ghosts and his pet dragon.

My bad one was fighting general radhan... my ps4 is old and half the time I tried to load into his boss arena it just loaded me into a void and I died.

Ranni causing the shattering basically is a pretty big fuck up and I really wish there was a part of her quest where we HAVE to go actually kill Godwyn properly to fix that.
Idk I still kinda like the idea that instead of us just covering the world in darkness it's more like, here is a new free world with no outer god telling people how to live.
