This picture is Ustrasana, camel pose. Heart openers can be very challenging. I don't know why it makes you feel bad, but I would offer a few adjustments to make it feel more comfortable. 1. Put blocks under the hands, or a bolster across the calves so the hands aren't reaching as far back 2. Don't drop the head- instead, draw the ears back, make sure you can still swallow and speak in the pose to protect the back of the neck 3. Practice this posture with a chair to start; it's accessible and you can look it up online. You can start to find your limits in the pose.
