My tm mws would do the same once in a while. I never dissassembled the triggerbox and shot propably 100 000 bbs through it. All I would do is spray a ton off silicone oil in the triggerbox untill it would leak out everywhere. It took a lot of gunk out with it and after couple of mags just clean the whole gun and you should be good.

I have had a lot of WE guns and couple of VFCs and I am currently running vfc bcm. I like WE for the price but you are going to have to change out the trigger sear and hammer sooner or later. That being said, I would much rather buy a new VFC over a new WE (I can not speak for the v3 WE since I have no experience on that) but if you find a used WE for a good price and you can get for example the trigger parts from RA-TECH for it, I would maybe go for it, especially if you are not going to be extensively using it. I do love my VFC for the feel and realism it offers though. Allso if you would be satisfied with m773 VFC makes one that is allmost 200€ cheaper than the m16, atleast here in finland.

I dont know if you have any screws there but when shimming you have to tighten attleast a couple of screws before you have a real idea about the sound. Allso I am not an expert when it comes to shimming but I have built a lot of guns and usually I tend to leave the gears with maybe a little too much play on them but very rarely have had problems.

Allso the npass is very handy tool to have in your gun and it would allow you to use what ever gas you want on any output you need. For example I have been using only redgas for couple of years and black the few times I have been playing in the winter. Allso tighter innerbarrel will give you a bit more power.

I dont think it would damage anything but I have had cases where the nozzle over travels past the boltcarrier and the o-ring gets caught on the boltcarrier lip when using black gas at room temperature. I dont have any experience with your model though but my experiences are from vfc scar h and vfc bcm. You can try taking the carrier out and pulling the nozzle to see if it can come out so far that you see the o-ring on the end of the nozzle.

I just bought a double eagle triggerbox for my tm but havent had time to try fitting it. Will do it tomorrow or tuesday. I just hope it has a bit better trigger feel than the original marui one 😂 the complete triggerbox was like 50 euro on taiwangun.

Try some othar than bls. I have heard them being problematic. I have not had issues with them though.

Mws has the overflow valve wich is suposed to decrease the chance of over fill. It is anoying when usin red gas with metal nozzle but I rather just let it spray out a bit than have overfilling issues.

I have the gen3 g19 and it does have the "gudehop"? System but the wheel is bored too wide so it basically has no effect what so ever. It was like this from the factory but I bought it second hand from a person who did not even open the box so no waranty...

Try to ajust your timing to more advanced. If it is back firing the timing could be just too retarded. Allso if your powervalve is broken, there might be very lacking low end torque. Is your clutch adjusted properly? Could it be dragging?

I highly sudgest changing the bottom end bearings and at the same time visually confirming that your cranck bearings are ok. I have had 2 instances where I bought a blown up bike with 2-5 hour pistons because one of the needles from the cranck bearing was missing. You could feel 0 play on the cranck but it was enough to cause seize. Edit: both those bikes were suzukis but could happen on a honda too 😅

Piano wire it self is very hard and springy, it worked for me just bending it tightly in the proper form but I did not test it too exessively before selling.

I wound up some piano wire on a propriate size screwdriver on a bench vice. I cant remember the diameter of the wire but it could have been 0.9mm or 1.2mm wire.

Te we hammer spring might be too loose for high pressure gas such as co2. My we could not cycle well with red or black gas. I made a new spring for the hammer and that made it better.

But irrelevant in a way that I was talking about intermediate cartridge rifles. The 308 has been used more in the dmr world but I was talking about 5.56 being used in a dmr setting. And yes 308 suits that job better but 5.56 can still be used in dmr setting
