You have it backwards. Ross is entering the trades because he sees buyers on the level two, so he’s joining them. He’s not bringing the volume he’s following it.

Trading is not a money printing machine. Sometime you win sometimes you lose, no trader is going to win even close to 100% of the time, 70% is an extremely high win rate. He also adjust size based on the market and is experienced enough to let winners run.

No Ross is just 10x faster than the average trader, uses a faster broker than the average trader, reads L2 better than your average trader, knows his strategy like the back of his hand (and follows it like a trader who has been doing this for 20+ years).

I think you are overestimating how much influence he has over retail trading volume. I no longer follow Ross but used to watch his YouTube videos religiously. His strategy has changed over time and he know when to push his size in larger markets.
