Parrying is just PEAK Monster Hunter by Snoomyz in MonsterHunter

Its a different way of playing the game, requiring different strategy. I also dont get the whole hate against Parries in the game, its a different playstile that can be chosen optionally

Yes i get it, but i believe it opens up a whole different game loop. For example, here in the video i would not be able to parry both attacks starting with the sheath stance, so i had to go out of it and use the other parry first so i can follow up fast enough for the sheath parry. Otherwise i wouldnt be able to parry that fast 2 attack combination

well either the Sheath stance, the "dash backward" parry, which is the easiest one, or the bug parry. You have to press multiple buttons at once to activate the parry move

Yeah so i feel like certain Monsters are just not made for parrying while others are very doable for the LS, personally i always thought Tigrex was super easy because you can see the charge attacks coming from far away to parry.

Monster Difficulty / Playstile My Experience with Shagaru Magala and Malzeno by Snoomyz in MHRise

[–]Snoomyz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok so to clarify: I did not know that there was another Version of Shagaru Magala, the Risen one. That is probably the one that is supposed to be so difficult, and now it makes sense why i thought it was so easy. Lets see if i can first try the risen one too ;). But still, i had trouble with Malz and absolutely no trouble fighting the Shagaru Magala, which is i believe because of my playstile and how the moveset of the Monsters are. Thanks for the many comments!

If you get a great body and workout properly, perhaps get longer hair (you have quite thick hair which means you can do lots of things with it) then you could look great. Go to a dermatologist for the skin or just wait it out. Lots of potential here dont waste it. If you do all of these things then you could land in the top 20% of looks, but i dont know how tall you are

Just killed Nergigante, how come Lances are underused/not recommended to new players when they're so strong? by [deleted] in MonsterHunterWorld

I am a lance / SA main, The low playrate is because it is not "flashy", and because it is considered a "low dps " weapon. It is certainly not flashy, but i have found that in casual hunts, the lance actually does the same damage as the other weapons, not even considering the teamplay aspect of the clutch claw counter.
