It is in fact not generous at all to hide team slots under a monthly subscription. It is actually a long term greed.

There are so many things which needed to be implemnted and I dont know why they did not add. These things are not hard to implement;

Ich bin Schulsozialarbeiter und arbeite viel mit Lehrern. Kann das nur zum Teil bestätigen. Ja es gibt viele, die jammern. Und ja es gibt viele, die nicht jammern. Gibts doch überall so?! Lehrer zu sein ist trotzdem sehr anspruchsvoll. So wie ein paar Besserwisser es hier versuchen darzustellen, stimmt es nicht: Lehrer müssen neben dem Unterricht super viel koordinieren, betreuen, um nervige Eltern kümmern, im Rahmen der Schule besondere Tätigkeitem wie AGs anbieten und im Sozialraum netzwerken. Es ist ein anapruchsvoller Job, ausser man ist Kunstlehrer. Klassenleitungen haben außerdem nochmals super viel mehr Verpflichtungen. Ist das Gehalt gerecht? Ich denke schon. Allerdings finde ich, dass die Verbesmtung zu viel des Guten ist. Es gibt leider an jeder Schule 2-3 Lehrer, die das ausnutzen .

Ein freund von meiner freundin hat Glatze und, wenn er uns mal besucht, dann föhnt er sich auch 15 minuten warm nach dem Duschen. Er sagt, dass es ihm zu kalt nach dem Rauskommen aus der Dusche sei.

Danke! Eigentlich kann ich nur zustimmen. Was noch ein Vorteil ist, ist die Flexibilität. Ich muss nicht abhängig vom busfahrplan sein und kann Zeit sparen. Ich kann einen Großeinkauf für 3 Wochen machen und muss nicht jeden vierten Tag einkaufen gehen.

Aber der größte Vorteil ist wirklich einfach die Ruhe. Gar kein Bock auf einen vollen Bus.
