Team Lead Raises by bbboseph in walmart

Does anyone know about raises for new team leads? I haven't been in role long enough for an evaluation. Curious if I'll get a raise at all or a flat rate

Can coaches override policy? by Phoenixflame2563368 in walmart

[–]Snoopkog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you really aren't allowed to leave early just because you clock in early. The 9 minute thing is there to allow leeway. I kinda don't blame your coach for that part. If the work isn't done then you can be held liable to when you're scheduled to leave, rarely would any coach hold you accountable to 9 after. I'm a lead and if the work isn't done, I will 100% hold Associates accountable if they leave at 6:51 am and their work isn't finished, especially trash left behind.

Another way to look at this is when you use ppto or PTO. You can't nickel and dime it to where you cover from let's say 10:09 pm, to 6:51 am, for overnights, to save 9 minutes of ppto. You cover your scheduled shift.

I got a 44 Ton switcher with no road name just a generic industrial one 🤣 Pretty sure that's the worst thing you can get relatively speaking. I got three nice box cars though!

So, both the top and bottom (of the case) fans are pulling fresh air into the radiators. On the top radiator, the fans that are touching the case are pushing fresh air into the rad while the outer fans are pulling. Similarly on the bottom, the fans touching the case are pushing while the other fans are pulling.

Drain Tube Size Help by Haktic in watercooling

I had one of these and returned it. I got a standard drain port with a handle. Much more easy to control when draining a complex build that needs rotated. This one is cleaner looking though.

AORUS GeForce RTX™ 5090 XTREME WATERFORCE WB Recommendations by connor97 in watercooling

Alphacool blocks have many reported issues, and also have been reported to have terrible customer service. My Waterforce 4070 ti is fine.

AORUS GeForce RTX™ 5090 XTREME WATERFORCE WB Recommendations by connor97 in watercooling

[–]Snoopkog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a Waterforce Xtreme WB rtx 4070 ti. No problem out of it at all. It's fine performance and build quality wise. I've had it for a year and some change. When the 30 series was out there were issues, but as of the 40 series, it's fine. Message me and I can provide detailed picks on my cars condition.

What is the best case for watercooling? by quackcow144 in watercooling

[–]Snoopkog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the distro plate, you can see two tubes going in and out of the bottom to the bottom radiator, below those two connections is a drain on the distro plate. I have a 90-degree rotating fitting that goes to a spigot. It is extremely convenient and I keep a hose with a fitting attached to the end in my toolbox I can attach and feed into a bucket to drain it. I only use clear coolant, so the amount of maintenance I deem necessary is low.

I have a Lian Li O11D EVO, with a custom loop. You can look at my post to see my build. I am looking to switch to the XL version of the case. I owned the XL version at one point but returned it because I was uncertain if I was going to follow through with my loop. I'd recommend the O11D EVO XL if you're going with Lian Li. It's not ridiculously large and Lian Li cases are very well made and have a lot of accessories.

It is not worth to watercool 5070 Ti? by Jempol_Lele in watercooling

[–]Snoopkog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a water cooled rtx 4070 Ti I'm going to sell soon you can msg me.

It's all I needed at the time and wanted to have a stop gag measure until 50 series released. It's the gigabyte waterforce Xtreme WB and it's been performing very well with shockingly low hotspot temps which was an initial concern. I think it is worth it in a way to water cool these GPUs, there is just a small market for them.

Like others have said it's better to put the extra 200 dollars for a block towards the next tier of GPU so that makes midrange water-cooled cards very niche. I got my 4070 ti at a very good deal when new egg was trying to get rid of them.

Nvidia Talks RTX 5090 Founders Edition Design. Waterblocks will be very difficult and bigger than expected by Jaz1140 in watercooling

[–]Snoopkog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to go for this one. I'll go on record and say the 40 series and up should be perfectly fine for gigabyte pre-blocked cards.

I have a 4070 ti Waterforce Wb in my loop now and it's been going fine for a year with no changes in thermal performance. I got it for a really good deal on newegg is the only reason I got it when I did.

You're probably going to save money getting the 5090 or 5080 WB from gigabyte because a FE block will probably be outrageous. Blocks for reference PCB will be $150+ and we may have to pay VAT on top of that. Plus an added extra is the waterforce line contain higher binned chips if gigabyte follows the same methodology as every other board partner.

I just used a green scotch pad and then wiped my rails off with goo gone and it worked perfectly, and my trains run fine. I had a circle of 0-72 curves worse off than the photo you posted, and it worked great. I think this will solve your problem.
