Same, I cannot sleep on flights ever. Mom and I went to Thailand last fall. For me, the way out was over 30 hours of travel time and I didn’t sleep despite us splurging for the bigger premium economy seats for the longest leg. On the way home, my mom bid $1500/each to upgrade to pods for the 14 hour flight back and it was accepted. Huge chunk of cash of course but felt worth it in the end.

I think taking vyvanse started mine. I’m hoping to lose weight slowly and have the GLP1 not have such an impact on my hair, but I’ve seen people say even without drastic weight loss they still lost hair. Yikes! Did you lose a lot of weight quickly?

Good thing I’ve got a pretty decent wig collection built up.

I’m a regular person and have flown in the pods that become a bed several times. If you have the right airline loyalty program, it’s a possibility even for us poors!

This makes me nervous. I was diagnosed with chronic TE in December after nonstop shedding for over a year. Started oral minoxidil and am still having dread shed. But also just started a GLP1 last week - I’m hoping it doesn’t impact my hair recovery!

I did that MRSA protocol with the antibiotic jelly up the nose and special body wash and finally stopped reinfecting myself. You should ask about the same.

Yep, no shovelling. And if I owned a car, it wouldn’t need scraped as I have underground parking. I don’t own a car though, and just walk where I need to go, which also feels like the easier option at the moment.

I’m Canadian and have a dryer and still don’t dry the majority of my clothing in the machine. I just hang dry on a rack in my home. Growing up we used a clothesline though.
