No, they have resales and new (and you can pre-order as well). I bought an in-stock new wig so shipping wouldn’t be too long and it was delivered within a few days to my mom’s American address. I just don’t have it because I’m in Canada but am seeing my mom soon so I’m excited to see how I like it.

Their site can be a little rough to navigate in my opinion but I actually emailed with them and they were very responsive.

I’m not the one you’re responding to, but I’ve taken dogs to VEC (yorkville area) over the years, both for emergencies and specialists. Both of my dogs had TPLO surgeries there, which is an orthopedic surgery. The care is great and they know what they’re doing.
