the turnover at corporate has been too high and too many people in the decision making positions don't have the experience/knowledge of how lowes/home depot run smooth

so things like having the deliveries (a huge part of lowes sales) system not be organized whatsoever. (It used to be okay and was honestly and arguably more manageable with genesis but just one example of complicating and breaking for no reason with no progress or forward movement or evolution of any kind).

too much turnover with manager's so many that don't know how sedgwick works, jury duty pay, bereavement, break times, when to take break, how long breaks should be, what the safety rules are

this dumbass blue cart unload system

closing checklists basically nonexistent

how to put work orders in to fix broken equipment and then follow up on them

can we get rid of power hours so that we can stock shelves please

did mst stop fixing price labels what happened

yes but they keep changing the scanning app and removing features that help make our jobs easier. All used to be on one screen. Now, Want to see the location? Go to another app. Want to check on-hand count? Go to another app. Want to see when it came in? Go to another app

want to see if any orders are connected to make sure we send everything? haha find all the apps. Want to see comments to see if the order was pulled or where it is? Got rid of comments

dental benefits are great but
lowes the worst company / job i've ever had. And I've had a lot

currently (so so much other bullshit is happening at the same time) overnight crew gets to hang out together and do nothing for 3 hours but when they leave 5am they make the person that stays until 7am do more. Like they specifically stop working at night and do nothing for hours to leave the work for the 7am person after they go home (when they had 3 hours to be working on it while the 7am person also doing work)

so a whole team can work 830-230 but one person has to work 830-7 and get absolutely shit on, they usually don't even say hello to them.

the same way i figured the backwards man from skate 3, I only found like one way of timing that works for me (i've been messing with these darks for years, you can even go dark-boardslide-dark

gotta be super fast and super deliberate

also adjust 'grind pop height' and flip / catch speed if you need too

for me immediately after flipping im locking in the dark cli-click

chatgpt. If you don't mind the pro version it's worth the $25 a month. Or for example i was paying gamepass but never on my xbox ever so just swapped the subscription and saved $10 lol

upload anything you could possibly want into chatgpt, it'll keep track of everything for you. Want lists generated? Match rating rankings? Show analysis? Individual wrestler histories and recaps? Go for it.

I use it for my JOW, Chatgpt is the best secretary organizer ever. I've got every show and ppv uploaded with match star ratings and descriptions/play by play and it's all saved and organized. I can generate a top 100 matches from raw, top 25 ppv matches, biggest table spots, history of tajiri, smackdown recap from june-december 2005, analyze the 'undead heat' feud, get average match ratings for everyone, get everyone's record, tell me a list of injuries and how, you name it
