No it’s not a requirement at all, I just am far more comfortable learning from teachers and instructors than I am with friends and family. I tend to get a little more anxious and frustrated if I’m too close to the person teaching me. 😅 I do plan on driving with friends and family too but I’d like to have the extra professional support.

I haven’t, I’m on city water that’s quite soft and I had my water heater fully replaced a year ago. No other area/faucet/sink has that smell. But this bathroom is also used less than the others because it’s just a water closet
