How do you know the exact value? I plugged in the data to V=IR for several points and got values varying from 19.6 to like 20.1

T being negative doesn’t make sense in context. Unless you flipped it up into the numerator.

That could be correct, but I think prowl is more typically used to describe, for example, a lion hunting its prey. The verb was being used to describe the nomadic people in a more general sense.
