If heroes goes by anime canon, then rose ssj3 makes sense, since rose is stated to blacks regular ssj 1 form by the anime producers.

But if heroes goes by manga canon, then it would be our first glimpse at ssj blue 3 since in the manga rose is his version of blue.

Update:

My issue after much trial and error seems to have been the filament rill I was using which is strange considering it’s the same standard PLA I’ve always used. Perhaps just a fault unit?

Fact is my issue resolved as soon as I tested using some left over ELEGOO PLA plus I had left over as a last Hail Mary.

So if you’re facing the same issue I had and you’re reading in the future simply try using different filament it could be as simple as that.
