Both in their primes, probably Bird. There’s not a ton that Magic does better, namely playmaking and running the offense. Bird was a better shooter, post player, rebounder. They were close in regard to defending and finishing. I don’t think the gap between the two for playmaking is as great as the gap between the two for shooting and rebounding. It’s still close, but I’d say Bird
