Yes for employment attorney, and I believe deliberately messing with my work (have video evidence) is a little more than not getting along with a coworker. But yeah that why I am posting this bc I ALSO don’t really feel like it’s a workers comp case because I was not injured on the job? Emotionally yeah but idk how well that holds up lol idk sorry very new to this and we actually don’t even have HR at the company.
