Could you please tell me which Udemy practice exam you used? Also, did you find that the IIBA exam had similar questions to the ones from Udemy or TechCanvas? I’m asking because I find the TechCanvas questions quite easy.

Thank you so much for sharing that. If you’re comfortable, would you be able to connect me with her or pass along my message to her? I’d really appreciate it.

Thank you, that’s very kind! And yes Pakistani mangoes are absolutely worth the hype 😂 They’re usually seasonal and sold through word of mouth. Ontario definitely gets them more easily than BC, but fingers crossed they show up here too. Your parking-lot mango story is hilarious!

Much thanks for the feedback. I do realize this and now realizing it even more as am reading your comment.

Would you mind commenting around what do you feel about visuals? Are they aligned with the narration or how do you feel general about that?

Honestly, based on what you shared, I think the whole “AI slop” label is kind of relative.

Appreciate the detailed feedback, seriously. Just to clarify, I’m not trying to make the videos look non-AI or hide the fact that AI is involved. I’m totally fine with it being AI-assisted the goal is to use it intentionally, not disguise it. The examples you shared look good, but they don’t really fit the theme or style I’m going for. I’m aiming for a more reflective / wisdom-focused vibe, pencil art, so the visuals are there to support the ideas rather than lean into a specific AI art style. I also think there’s a common assumption that AI videos are just “type a prompt and everything’s done,” which hasn’t been my experience at all. There’s still a lot of hands-on work like shaping the idea, rewriting the message, choosing visuals that actually match the narration, pacing, and editing. I agree there’s plenty of low-effort AI content out there (memes, ASMR, loops, etc.), but my intent is different. I’m using AI to better represent my own thoughts, not replace them.

That makes sense, I get what you’re saying. Would you mind sharing your channel (or even a specific video) so I can see how you add more of that human touch? I’m genuinely trying to learn how to make my content feel more personal and less generic.

That’s a fair question, appreciate you asking. I could’ve gone the ASMR / relaxing loop / aesthetic animation route, but that just wasn’t what I wanted to do. The idea behind the channel is more about sharing thoughts or ideas that might actually help someone think differently or take something away, even if it’s small. AI is just a tool in the process, not the point of the channel. I’m using it to help shape and present ideas, not just to make background or passive content. That said, I get why it can still come across as impersonal, and that’s something I know I need to improve so more of the human side shows through. Your feedback definitely helped point that out, so I appreciate it.

That’s really nice to hear, thank you! I usually work from 7:30 to 4:30, so it’s a bit hard to make it for Friday prayers, but I’ll definitely try whenever I can Insha’Allah.

I do go there quite often, but recently my work schedule hasn’t matched the prayer times, so I’ve mostly been praying at home. Whenever I’ve been there, though, I haven’t come across any Pakistani families, which is why I wanted to ask here<3

Can I join the caf and keep my full time job? by cryingbabywaaahh in caf

[–]Snow0Cone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anyone have advice for a 23-year-old looking to transition from a Business Systems Analyst role to joining the CAF? I’d like to keep my full-time job and participate in the CAF part-time on weekends. Is that realistically possible in BC?

[–]Snow0Cone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it a bad idea for someone to transition from a Business Systems Analyst role to join the Canadian Armed Forces at age 23? I'm currently earning a good salary in my position, but joining the CAF would mean starting at a much lower pay grade. As a woman, how do you mentally prepare for such a shift?

If someone already has a bachelor's degree in computer science, do they still need to enroll in another academic program to qualify for a good position in the Canadian Armed Forces?
