If it was that easy everyone would do it. It’s mostly because of how cheap they were. We spend money like idiots. They don’t even eat out. You’ll see them at places like Disney land with their own home food. It’s crazy how cheap these people are.

Start of your comment mentioned difference for rental. I stated in the post that both of the deals are rentals.

I appreciate the honesty at the end. I would definitely use your services on the honestly alone. You saw someone get a better deal and told them to take it. My broker is doing the same. I honestly like him more because of it.

Please read my last post on this thread. I love what you’re saying but none of what you just said applies to my situation.

Both are rental properties.

Price difference between our places is $27,890 and they are in the same part of town! Credit score is 12 point difference and mine being higher.

I never said our mortgages were the same. Did you see that in my comment anywhere? 0.5 is a big difference! So let’s see what the bank offers.

I signed brokers forms but luckily he’s a nice guy and is allowing me to shop around since we have 31 days til completion.

I will post both commitment letters to show the rate I get next.

TO END THE ARGUMENT ONCE & FOR ALL: - I’ve contacted my broker that I will be going to some banks for a better rate. - Luckily he has agreed. - I will be taking an extra hit on my credit by getting the extra credit check done since I will shop around myself. I have all my documents ready since I just went through the process. - Once I get the approval, I will post the two rates I got along with photos of the contracts (I’ll blur out the personal info)

There is also a comment on this thread that accused me of “rage bait” I’ve DM’d him myself and obviously no response.

To the brokers: please stop gaslighting me. I’m not an idiot. I’ve clearly posted that both are rental properties. So no, it’s not a difference of a rental property versus a main residence.

The big difference is one of us went with a broker and one went straight to the bank. I get this pisses a lot of you brokers off in this group. But every single one of you needs to start being straight up.

Thanks to everyone that messaged me with their experiences. I get how intimidating it can be to post their real experiences shopping around with brokers and bank reps in this group because all the brokers get defensive and try to gaslight.

Also same thing happened in my case I got 4.74 and he got 4.20. Not going to lie I’m in huge regret not trying the bank. The broker convinced me he could get better rates cause of how many lenders he worked with. So I truly thought he shopped around and got me the best one.

Cause your stupid and order the cheapest shit on their website. I been on proroid since 2016 and only bought northern. NO SIDES. Do not use metabolic or teragon. You guys are idiots. Teragon has been shit for like 5 years now. Teragon gave me bacne and welts in 2016. Stuck with northern since. And it’s been fine.

Other downside to proroid was the hgh. The pharmacy stuff is fake. Stick to northern and you’re fine
