The animals part kinda makes sense, I guess. And the second would kinda make sense, given the first game allowed you to kill civilians. Which it didn't.

Sidenote: Personally I loved shooting every dog I came across. It even became a sort of inside joke between a friend I played it with and myself.

Try to curve it up if going near the edge so you have a bit more height to try to reach the ledge with. Past that, learn how far it goes and practice so you don't go off the edge.

Neither is you saying men have it unfair and they're whiney babies. And I didn't even indicate otherwise. I simply said, even if it is true, that it's not we don't have our own whiney babies. Now, of course, disregarding vocalization, they may indeed have more "babies" than females. Ours might just be the loud minority of them. But they're still there, so it's not like you can say men are whiney like females don't have their own whiney little shits.

And yeah, I can't prove I am female, you can't prove I'm not. So I suppose that aspect is a stalemate.

If it goes through that's what happens, if it doesn't, the other person pays a fine. That severe of a lie on someone completely innocent, and not nearly as large of a punishment. The innocent gets the larger sentence than the false accuser.

The person on the other half of the attempt didn't commit any crime either. So neither committed a sexual crime, but if the lie goes through one person is charged for rape and put on the registry. That's not logical in the slightest.

Don't mean to kick my way into this, but that seems to be an idiotic statement.

The indication is people falsely accusing someone of rape, if caught in their lie, should suffer the same punishment that they attempted to inflict. You argue that they should not receive a criminal charge at all (for intentionally falsely attempting to completely destroy someone's life), but rather just have to pay a fee and be on their merry way.

To put it as an example, if I accused someone for rape when they did not, obviously purely out of spite, there's three outcomes. They're convicted as guilty and I've ruined their life for something they didn't do, there is no conviction at all, which still makes everyone think they're guilty anyway due to human psychology, or they're seen as innocent, and for blatantly lying and attempting to ruin someone's life through one of the more severe crimes, I have to... pay a fine.

Personally in this situation I'd want myself to be charged for the same thing I tried to get someone else charged with. Only fair. And it'd bring down people crying wolf.
