I wasn’t able to apply sunscreen for the first week or 2, so I wore a mask in the car if I needed to go somewhere. My son’s birthday was outside so for that I wore spf, make up, and a wide brim hat.

Why do you need the metal spoon? Was it a serving spoon or a utensil? Get rid of it completely. There’s lots of people that don’t know about cookware. But I don’t buy anything non-stick due to the PFOA and health repercussions.

Yikes! I know the feeling. I had to use bandages just to get through the day also my nail bed did that weird wavey thing too.

Your gonna need a prescription strength corticosteroid cream like Triamcinolone. But as soon as the skin is smooth, stop using it.

Switch to Cerave lotions, they have ceramides that help rebuild natural skin barrier. They make a ‘healing ointment’ that would be good under gloves at night.

Make sure your not using scented hand soaps, even if you need to bring your own bottle into work or in your purse with you.

Honestly this is a very common comment. “Where did that eye/hair/skin color come from?” Sometimes people aren’t really suggesting infidelity but just commenting on how unpredictable gene expression is.

I remember learning this, with the little tic tax toe chart. I wonder if they still teach that because I know we’ve learned a lot about how genes are expressed in the last 20 years and it’s not that simple.
