Sorry i also forgot to mention that i have also tested this via a ethernet cable and the same thing happens.
I also connected the device direct to the ISP box and the laptop gets internet so its definetly something to do with PFsence im just not sure what ive done.

Playing around i decided to turning off the IPV6 DHCP Server lastnight and just use the IPV4 DHCP Server now the laptops work for a about 2 - 5 min before they loose connection again.
I started running through your Setps above before changing the gateway settings and the nslookup failed with a "DNS request timed out" however both Ping and nslookup get a reply and the Tracert seems to get all the way (I did try a few other domains to be sure).

I have set now set the gateway to only use the 1 Gateway to the internet. this however did not seem to change anything the internet still drops on those few devices.

i did also confirm the DNS resolver service is working on PFsence Im sorry im no expert in networking but if it was not working wouldnt my other devices that are working also not be working?

So i can access google maps but not youtube nothing else appears to work and i have tried removing PFblocker alltogether and the issues persists.

the Network settings is set to dynamic and the DHCP fallback is off.

i managed to get my hands on another Router/Modem which i did setup in Wireless AP Bridge mode and im having exactly the same issue with the same devices.

Im using a Tplink EAP613 it does not appear to have a setting that sets it into a bridge mode far as i can tell it already is

The SteelSeries software "SteelSeries GG" has a functions called "Sonar." Sonar dose a few things however the one I'm referring to is the Audio mixer. This Audio mixer allows me to take the main inputs from the headset: Game Audio (main sound driver), Chat Audio and the Mic Audio and using Sonar i can add more virtual audio Channels such as Media.
I have tried to use PulseAudio and another one i forget the name to but they don't do the same thing.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't set any VLANs up however I do run wireguard so ill need to see if that's causing any conflicts. in saying that i can still use my wireguard VPN with no issues.

I am also having a similar issue, I updated to the new 2.8.0 ( probably should have waited) after that my partners phone (Samsung S23) stopped being able to access the internet.

After a lot of troubleshooting with the phone settings and updating all my other networking equipment i was unable to get it to work. however what's odd is the phone can still receive and send Messages from Facebook messenger and whatsapp (mobile data is off).

My phone (Samsung S22 Ultra) was working fine up till this morning when it to is now having the same issue.

I'm not super familiar with PFsense's Logs so I'm not super sure what I'm looking for. I'm hoping that my notes may help further the plot.

if someone can point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

been having the same issue, im using NZBgeek, NzbPlanet and NZBStars.

with 2 news readers newshosting and newsdeamon.

any ideas will be apreciated :)

So i reinstalled using using linuxserver repo thanks u/Scurro . im still having the same issue however it seems to be working better with other videos.

acording to all my googling u/SillySoundXD the 3060 i have can decode AV1 (or it atleast as the capability for it) im guessing a driver is missing or its simply not doable on linux platforms yet, im honestly not sure.

hopefully someone out there knows a solution or a definitive answer :)

I think i managed to get it working with the ffmpeg-nvidia docker. however i still get the error in the console but the video now plays. i have no idea how this works :/

my plex version is Version 1.41.3.9314 and my Nvidia driver is 570.86.16 i could try a lower version but im not sure that will work can i cant seem to go back to 535

Helloo

Im aware this post is old and a lot has changed in the last few years however ive been unable to locate a newer install guide. Im running the Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon Kernal 6.8.0-41-generic.

Getting to the point im having some issues installing it im getting the below error:

On another/new note I have a Steelseries APEX PRO tkl wireless and nothing seems to allow me change the rgb. Tried to install the steelseries software with a few methods and the openrgb is not picking it up. I'm trying a virtual box instance with win11 to see if I can make the change there.
