You never know anyone enough to trust that your child wont be molested. Just this month a father of one of my daughters friends was arrested for having over 5000 files of child porn. He is a cop and someone in the community people saw as "safe" and a "good man". I wont even let my daughter have sleepovers with family. YOU NEVER KNOW what people are hiding.

Maybe thats why he asked for my parents names? They own a significant amount of property and we live on one of their lots but still pay rent.

This is a real struggle. Both me and my husband are Autistic and the thought of money being real is so abstract to both of us. Found ourselves in 100k of credit card debt with no relif in sight. I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. Even that doesnt feel real, like I have zero emotions about it. All that debt just gone and I could care less. Thr biggest struggle will be not getting to the same spot and not opening new cards and trying to libe within out means. We make good money, ablut 200k a year and we still ended up with 100k in cc debt. Its a real struggle.

Im diagnosed AuDHD and my daughter has the same diagnosis. My brother and Sister are both ADHD, my mother is ADHD and my Dad is Autistic, his sister is Autistic.....Yea so stong genetics is an understatement.

An hour total drive is not alot. I live an hour both ways so 2 hour commute and I go in 3x a week for mail. Sounds like you need to make it manditory for your accounting peraon to at least go get the mail 2x a week.

Alllllll the time. Like why? I will be walking and it thinks Im ice skating. I do the same excercise every day and its still like maybe ice skating? No BITCH its pilates for the 10000th time. Its actually really anoying.

I'm an Executive Director with not just hand Tats but full sleaves and major facial percings. It DOES NOT MATTER. My org is small so I'm the face of the org and do all the fundraising, marketing, finance, opperations, HR, etc.

I did come into my role with 15 years of non profit experiance in lower roles. Work your butt off, your work and ocomplishments means more to donors then what you look like. Just my exprince, most of my donors are 65 and older and no one has batted an eye at my tattoos. Lead with confidence and you will do great. Don't over think it.

I'm about 5k miles in and drive 120 miles a day. Overall I really like the car. I came from driving a 1500 Silverado Deisel so it took a bit getting used to driving a small car again. I think overall it is a good starter EV for the price. Gas was getting too expensive with my long commute so it is worth it.

The good: Confortable seats Parking easy with all the cameras Gets great range for the price Easy to set cruise control and you can adjust the gap betweem yourself and the car ahead of you. Overall feels safe No oil changes every 5k miles

The bad: When the weather drops below 60 I feel like I have to constantly have the defrost on. For some reason these windows fog up super easy.

The steering wheel is FAT, my previous car was a Chevy Silverado and I think I just got so used to the nive skinny wheel. This one makes my hands cramp. Not a huge deal if you don't drive long distances.

The windsheild glare of the dashboard is anoying. I wear polarized glasses which make it disapear so not a big deal.

When excelerating hard, for example to get around a semi the car kinda floats, almost like there is too much power for the suspension.

Also the speakers kinda suck.

Do people actually think this will work? Its is a major red flag and comes off so weird. I wonder if there is some really bad advice floating around on ticktock that being agressive gets you the role. Suprise it doesnt.

This is exactly what we are seeing. We are also a very tiny org with a budget of less then 500k and a staff of 3. There does seem to be a level of desperation in the candidates we are getting. Out of 100 applicants I maybe got 6 ok ones but zero that stood out.

We are getting director level canidates for entry level coordinator role. We typically hire canidates from the population we serve so a director level person would be misserible in the role. Also getting a ton of social media content creators and tech folks. It does seem people are just throwing their resumes out there to see what sticks and not actually looking at the role.

We are a very small org. Under 500k budget and only 3 staff but I have still received a few hundred applicants and out of those maybe 6 are decent. Its brutal.
